Disasterpieces! is a project dedicated to empowering young people to cope with failure. By training educators, the project aims to create a safe and stimulating learning environment where young people can explore their potential and develop resilience. Through the use of stories, digital tools, and practical guidelines, Disasterpieces! provides young people with the skills needed to transform negative experiences into opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Disasterpieces! is an innovative educational project aimed at improving the work of European Youth Workers who interact with young people who are experiencing, or have experienced, failure in their studies, work, or interpersonal relationships. The idea is to co-design a TOOLKIT, made up of digital and multimedia elements capable of training, informing, inspiring, engaging, activating, and providing concrete guidance for working with young people. The use of this TOOLKIT can trigger a transformative process, allowing young beneficiaries to better understand the failure they have experienced and to transform it into a generative experience, that is, an opportunity for personal, professional, and relational renewal.
