The participants of this course had the opportunity to learn how to structure and plan learning and assessment sessions for future CityBound Mobilities aiming at expanding the Tool Box of the Network, which contains several proposals of activities to do with young people.
They have also been able to acquire and improve their knowledge of the Adventure-Based Learning methodology and learn different techniques related to facilitating sessions. The future Youth Leaders received as well detailed information on the competencies of different roles within the network, the strategy on inclusion of diversity and different resources related to group management.
All this, in an intercultural environment and while enjoying activities such as building a raft, a great Team Bulding Activity, or the City Challenge to discover the city of Berlin.
