STUDIES

What is an internship abroad?

Internships abroad are work placements, usually lasting 6 months, during which students can try out their theoretical knowledge in a real working environment.

The opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge in other countries increases their flexibility and opens their minds to new perspectives and ideas in the discipline they are studying.

The scholarships can be used for the completion of the studies and/or for a traineeship in a company that has agreements with the Education Centre, financed with European Union funds and aimed at students who fit the profile that meets the needs of the company.

Both the scholarships for theoretical courses on any subject and for internships in many types of companies help students to develop their professional skills, their cooperation, tolerance and problem-solving skills, as well as their second language competence. All this is currently highly appreciated by many companies and institutions.
