Spaces contributes to the core areas of the EU Youth Strategy 2019-2027: engage, connect and empower young people. It supports youth participation in democratic life, social and civic engagement and most importantly strives to ensure that all young people have the necessary resources to take part in society.<\/p>\n","p_objectives":"<ul>\n<li>Raise awareness about the importance of recognising refugee, migrant and displaced children as children first with rights to protection, development and participation and increase collective action to ensure effective access to essential services for all uprooted children and families regardless of status.<\/li>\n<li>Empower refugee, migrant and displaced youth to unleash their talents and realize their full potential.<\/li>\n<li>Protect refugee, migrant and displaced children from discrimination and xenophobia by advocating for an end of harmful border management practices and child immigration detention.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","p_results":"<p>Research Publication<br \/>\nThe mapping of the target groups will take us on a journey through the cooperation with youth centers. The different experiences coming from different areas of the world and even within Europe (South, East and North of Europe) will provide invaluable opportunities for an innovative and rich methodology on how to approach SafeSpaces\u2019 target group through different successful actions.<\/p>\n<p>Training program<br \/>\nOur Training Program will be developed following the Occupation Profiles as a result of the research phase, and will cover a plethora of topics according to the different areas of specialization of the social worker employed in the migrant center: legal support, psychological support, career support.<\/p>\n<p>Safe spaces<br \/>\nThe result will consist in the creation of list of job profiles in the sector targeted and a job role description template. We will focus on professionals working as social workers in Reception and Integration Centre across the implementing countries.
