El sentit de la iniciativa i l'esperit empresarial \u00e9s una habilitat transversal essencial identificada per la UE tant per crear llocs de treball en el futur com per construir societats furtes econo\u00f3mica i socialment. Per avan\u00e7ar cap a aquests objectius, cal augmentar la qualitat de la formaci\u00f3 dels m\u00e9s joves, garantint que puguin estudiar temes com la iniciativa empresarial, centrant-se en l'aportaci\u00f3 de solucions als urgents reptes de la societat i buscant un major impacte social. El projecte DESIRE, per tant, tracta de proporcionar un aprenentatge basat en el m\u00f3n real, perqu\u00e8 puguin convertir les seves idees en accions. A l'centrar-se en les aptituds i compet\u00e8ncies per a l'economia social, s'espera que les escoles, els professors i els alumnes pensin de forma m\u00e9s creativa i innovadora sobre com poden abordar els problemes socials que els envolten. El projecte reuneix organitzacions de sis pa\u00efsos que oferiran suport als mestres i les escoles per integrar l'esperit empresarial en diverses \u00e0rees i assignatures. A l'portar l'aprenentatge a el m\u00f3n real, els socis esperen afegir un nou context i significat als plans d'estudi dels joves de 12 a 15 anys. Posant en contacte els alumnes amb empreses locals, DESIRE es proposa capacitar els joves perqu\u00e8 assumeixin un paper actiu en la construcci\u00f3 del seu propi futur. El enfoque debe centrarse en la aportaci\u00f3n de soluciones a los urgentes desaf\u00edos de la sociedad y en la b\u00fasqueda de un mayor impacto social. Por ende, el proyecto DESIRE se propone proporcionar un aprendizaje basado en el mundo real, permitiendo a los j\u00f3venes convertir sus ideas en acciones concretas.<\/p>\n<p>Al poner \u00e9nfasis en las aptitudes y competencias para la econom\u00eda social, se espera que las escuelas, profesores y alumnos piensen de manera m\u00e1s creativa e innovadora sobre c\u00f3mo abordar los problemas sociales circundantes. Este proyecto re\u00fane a organizaciones de seis pa\u00edses, las cuales brindar\u00e1n apoyo a maestros y escuelas para integrar el esp\u00edritu empresarial en diversas \u00e1reas y asignaturas.<\/p>\n<p>Al llevar el aprendizaje al mundo real, los socios del proyecto buscan agregar un nuevo contexto y significado a los planes de estudio de j\u00f3venes de 12 a 15 a\u00f1os.
