Kick of Occupancy of Catalonia

What is?

The Public kick of Occupancy of Catalonia (AM) is a freelance organism of public nature and of administrative nature, ascribed at the department of the Generality of Catalonia that has assigned the competences at matter of occupancy.

Create occupancy and improve the quality are two fundamental aims of the institutions and European organisms, that the Generality of Catalonia adopts fully.

To attain these aims, at the frame of the difficult economic context and social of the last years is born the Law 13/2015, of the 9 of July, of ordination of the system of occupancy and of the SOC, that also introduces and establishes the field of the concertació territorial.

Like this, the norm orders:

  • On the one hand, the system of occupancy of Catalonia, that is the pool of entities, kicks and necessary programs that promote and develop the public politician of occupancy, with the aim to guarantee some occupational kicks of quality for the persons and the companies of Catalonia.
  • On the other hand, regulates the AM, that is the organism that manages and integrates the pool of programs and occupational kicks to maintain and foster the stable occupancy and of quality.

Yes, is totally compatible. The principal purpose of the courses is to improve the ocupabilitat. If you find work, can solicit a change of schedule or the low justified without penalty.
Can make these courses or that it was studying? ▼
The fit is prioritised for persons at situation of unemployment inscribed at the SOC, but a percentage of plazas can open at students or workers at active according to availability.
Can make the classes at distance? ▼
It depends of the course. Some programs offer at format of teleformació (online), whereas the most practical workshops require presencialitat at Reus's our centre.
Will obtain some certificate at ending the course? ▼
Yes, all the courses finalised successfully award an official diploma issued by the Public Kick of Occupancy of Catalonia or a certificate of professionalism recognised at state level.
