Descripció of the project
The project Erasmus + "Applying Arts for Education, Creativity and Innovativeness" contributes the capacity of 6 organisations – 2 ONG, 2 proveïback of formació private, a university and an organism públic, with distinct kens and experiència at the à mbits of the educació formal and no formal of Lituà nests, Bulgà estuary, Spain, Ità lia, the Païhis Basses and Turkey.
The aim of the project és foster the ús creative of the literature and the fine arts at the educació no formal and informal and provide at the educators of adults and at the professionals of the formació a methodology prà ctica and of instruments to apply them at the procés educational.
The band direct addressee són the educators (teachers, instructors), tutors that work at the sphere of the educació of formal adults, no formal and informal, professionals of the human resources, instructors and mentors, proveïback of capacitació formal and no formal. At més, the project donarà support at the students adults that want to induct a career at a à mbit distinct or undertake a new company.
Objective of the project
1. Develop a methodology and a manual of Everything for the ús creative of the arts at the educació no formal and informal
2. Improve the competències and the kens of the formadors of adults, the educators, the professionals of the human resources, the employers and the students adults in general on the way to utilise the arts to boost the creativity and the innovació
3. Improve the capacities of the professionals of the formació and the students adults to further the intel·ligència emotional at the solutions of daily bargains and inmate of decisions
4. Create a no formal mesh of professionals at the à mbit of the educació no formal and informal to augment the international support and the exchange of experiències and lliçons learnt at this area
5. Promote the cooperació intersectorial and transnational among the païhis associated and the centres of educació and capacitació of the educació formal, no formal and informal
d informal adult education, HR professional, coaches and mentors, and formal and non-formal training providers. In addition, the project will support adult learners who want key start at career in at different domain gold pursue at new business endeavour.
