Descripció of the project
Digital Youth Work és a European project that seeks to develop digital abilities at the juvenile workers to improve the quality of the work with youngsters. The transformació digital has become essential to adapt at the new labour challenges, especially at the à mbit of the educació no formal.
The project DiGYW promote a constructive methodology to establish Clubs / DIGITAL Laboratories to develop competències digital among the juvenile workers and the youngsters that work at the bretxa digital. We promote the creació of associations among juvenile workers with the aim of llançar a branch of digital abilities that repercuteix at the innovació in the organisations.
Objective of the project
- Augment the capacity of the social workers to utilise innovative resources at the promoció of the competència digital of the youngsters
- Augment the consciència with regard to the competències digital necessà estuaries of the youngsters at the ongoing labour contexts
- Develop methodologies prà ctiques and educational tools for the digital development
- Create meshes of col·laboració among European organisations of juvenile work
Resulted of the project
The project has developed manuals of formació, platforms of digital support, and has created a community of prà ctica among juvenile workers Europeans. The resources generated són utilised by organisations at several regions to integrate competències digital at his programs of juvenile work.
