Disasterpieces! és a project devoted to improve the capacities of the youngsters to affront fracà s. Forming the educators, the project wants to create some surroundings of certain and stimulating learning, where the youngsters can explore his potential and develop the resiliència. At través of the ús of històestuaries, digital tools and guides prà ctiques, Disasterpieces! it offers at the youngsters the competències necessà estuaries to transform the experiències negative at developmental opportunities personnel and professional.

Objective of the project

Disasterpieces! és an innovative educational project, that té as a aim contribute at improving the work of the European educating youngsters that interact with youngsters that live, or have lived, the experiència of a fracàs at the à mbit of the surveys, of the work and the interpersonal accounts. The idea és co-create a TOOLKIT, formed by digital elements and multimèday capaçbone to form, inform, inspire, involve, actuate and give concrete indications for the work with the youngsters, the utilització of which can unchain a procés transformative, permitting at the youngsters, that benefit , at comprising better the fracàs lived and to be able to it transform at a experiència generative, és at saying, an opportunity to reform and regeneració personal, professional and relational.

Resulted of the project

• Creació of the ecosystem for the generativitat: investigació on the fracà s generative, anà lisi of cases prà ctics, recruitment of experts and creació of a pool of tools shared.
• Digital museum of Disasterpieces: development of a digital museum with històestuaries of persons that have transformed a fracà s at a èxit, producció of vÃdeos and difusió at lÃnia.
• Fail-Cast: Producció of a podcast on motifs related with the fracà s, the resiliència and the growth, with the aim to provide informació and tools prà ctiques at the educators.
• Manual of the Fracà s Generative and Difusió: Creació of a complete manual for the educators and difusió of the results of the project.
