Descripció of the project
Epatterns (e-learning Patterns for Financial Inclusion) és a project Erasmus+ that té as a aim lean at the small professionals of the ONGs that need to perfect at matèestuary of TIC and educació financial. The project recognises that the utilització of independent advice for that they develop competències estratègiques at matèestuary of recaptació of fund, that són fundamental for the feasibility of the organisations, és crucial.
At través of formació face-to-face and digital tools, the project provides at the professionals of the ONGs the necessary resources to improve his abilities at matèestuary of finances, digital and communications, with the aim to make més sustainable the organisations.
Objective of the project
- Back concrete projects of ONGs at each paÃs associated, improving so much the labour flexibility of the adults of the ONGs how affronting the problems of the "high-key-high-out" at editions with at the market of work
- Form adults little qualified and develop his competències at matèestuary of educació financial/collection of fund for that they develop competències estratègiques
