Descripció of the project
The associació ERASMUS+ "InclEUsion" to promote the inclusió social of the immigrants with disabilities at Europa at través of the improvement of the competències of the educators of adults has formed for 6 pertinent fellows of Bulgà estuary, Txèquia, Grècia, Ità lia and Spain.
The project té as a aim develop the competències of the professionals of the educators on how reconèixer and take the cases of double discriminació at his labour and informal contexts. At través of formació skilled and development of educational tools, the project pretén promote the inclusió social of the immigrants with disabled mitjançelk the increase of the capacities of the educators.
Objective of the project
- Foster the capacity of the educators (educators of adults, social workers, personal and voluntary of civil organisations that work with youngsters or bands of disadvantaged adults) for reconèixer the cases of double discriminació mitjançelk an improvement of his formació initial
- Fork the competències professional of the educators on how reconèixer and take the cases of double discriminació at his labour and informal contexts
- Promote the inclusió social of the immigrants with disability and the conditions of health on a long-term basis mitjançelk innovative tools at informal format
- Fork the capacity and abilities of the organisations that offer opportunities of learning of the immigrants with disabled mitjançelk development of a development estratègic that it qualify the educators of adults to reflect the diversity antidiscriminatoria at the educació of adults
