Project description
The association ERASMUS+ "InclEUsion" to promote the social inclusion of the immigrants with disabilities at Europa through the improvement of the competences of the educators of adults has formed for 6 pertinent fellows of Bulgaria, Txèquia, Greece, Italy and Spain.
The project have ace at objective develop the competences of the professionals of the educators where like recognising and take the homes of double discrimination at his labour and informal contexts. Through skilled training and development of educational tools, the project pretends key promote the social inclusion of the immigrants with disabilities by means of the increase of the capacities of the educators.
Project objective
- Foster the capacity of the educators (educators of adults, social workers, personal and voluntary of civilian organisations that work with youngsters gold bands of disadvantaged adults) key recognise the homes of double discrimination by means of an improvement of his initial training
- Fork the professional competences of the educators where like recognising and take the homes of double discrimination at his labour and informal contexts
- Promote the social inclusion of the immigrants with disability and the conditions of health where at long-term basions by means of innovative tools at informal format
- Fork the capacity and abilities of the organisations that offer opportunities of learning of the immigrants with disabilities by means of development of at strategic development that qualify the educators of adults key reflect the diversity antidiscriminatoria at the nurture of adults
