Descripció of the project
The COVID-19 foresees that deixarà some 20 million of cases and some 500.000 deaths, the already declared pandèmia has generated a labour crisis at all over of the món. Being the persons with low revenue, the refugees and immigrants, the persons of unfavourable zones, the disabilities, the vulnerable wives and the youngsters on the dole the col·lectius més affected.
Today at day the EU, especially Ità lia and Spain, are battling no només with the crises econòmiques, if no també with a social crisis. The life no serà how before, and finding at a situació of continual change, have to readjust and reiniciar our lives and careers.
Objective of the project
Provide recolzament psicològic and orientació professional at the procés of the contractació labour, and therefore the project directs natively at the educators of adults, psicòlegs and social mentors.
Resulted of the project
- Plans of formació adapted at the professional profile comú of the educators of adults (EVERYTHING) at matèestuary of orientació psicològica on the change of career.
- CurrÃculum of online courses that aid at developing the abilities of resolució lògiques and prà ctiques. This course at lÃnia estarà available at 5 languages.
- Develop the competències and abilities of 110 professionals of the educació of adults to convert at vocational advisers utilising the formació of personnel in the short term and the mixed mobilities of the pupils.
- The tool "Orientació online at the change of career", available at 5 distinct languages
- Increase of the institutional capacity of 5 organisations at 5 païhis.
