Project description
The principal aim of the project is the professional development of the young workers, the development of at juvenile work of quality and the development of the organisations through the experience of the mobility. At providing at the workers at the field of the youth the opportunity key learn by means of the training and the exchange of experiences through the organisation of visits of survey, will create individual practices of cut quality, the development of organisations and the development of the system of work at the field of the youth.

It have been elaborated by industrious youngsters representative of the European Centre of Meetings "Fundacja Nowy Staw" (Lublin), and the association Open Europe, ace aside of the project of 12 months "Social Economics for the youngsters". The project have carried out at the frame of the program Erasmus+ (KA153-YOU-Mobility of the workers at the field of youth), cofinançat for the European Union.
