Descripció of the project
Leaders for Future accosts the juvenile unemployment and the inequality of gènere, centring at young wives of contexts desafavorits at Europa, the Occidental Balkans and regions veïnes.
For què?
The project affronts the structural barriers that limit the accés of the young wives at worthy workplaces and rols of leadership, promoting the equality of gènere, the inclusió social and the human royalties.
Objective bands:
- Primary: Young wives of among 18 and 30 years (especially migrants, unemployed or at vulnerable contexts) and juvenile workers.
- Secondary: Organisations of the civil society, managers polÃtics, companies and públic in general.
Objective of the project
- Harden the juvenile organisations with formació and new tools.
- Foster the educació no formal and the mentality entrepreneur.
- Develop capacities of leadership and surpass barriers psicològiques.
- Promote the participació juvenile, the entrepreneurship and the social initiatives.
- Reforçar the cooperació international among juvenile organisations.
- Improve the ocupabilitat of the young wives at situació desafavorida.
