Leaders for Future accosts the juvenile unemployment and the inequality of genus, centring at young wives of contexts desafavorits at Europa, the Occidental Balkans and neighboring regions.
How come?
The project affronts the structural barriers that limit the fit of the young wives at worthy workplaces and rols of leadership, promoting the equality of genus, the social inclusion and the human royalties.
Objective bands:
- Primary: Young wives of among 18 and 30 years (especially migrants, unemployed gold at vulnerable contexts) and juvenile workers.
- Secondary: Organisations of the civil society, political managers, companies and public in general.
Project objective
- Harden the juvenile organisations with training and new tools.
- Foster the no formal nurture and the mentality entrepreneur.
- Develop capacities of leadership and surpass psychological barriers.
- Promote the juvenile turnout, the entrepreneurship and the social initiatives.
