Descripció of the project
In spite of the importà ncia of the Formació Professional (FP) to generate mà of qualified work and of quality, a lot of educational centres and organisations of FP lack of the capacity and the competències to identify, retain and form at the students with talent. The gestió of the talent també és recognised by the Unió European as a clef to make that the companies of the EU are "més competitive at través of the talent and the innovació". The challenge of the educational and business surroundings, that capsizes rà pidament, és develop a methodology systematised to identify and educate at the students with talent and form at the teachers, formadors, mentors and experts perquè are capaçbone to confront at several aspects of the challenges of the gestió of the talent at the educació and the formació professional and surroundings of her.
Objective of the project
- Explore the situació and the principal methodologies of identificació and gestió of the talent at the educació professional and exchange nice prà ctiques and ideas on the gestió of the talent in general and especÃficament at the EFP.
- Facilitate the creació of a mesh at Europa surroundings of the vinculació of the gestió of the talent and the educació and formació professional.
- Obtain a visió general of the polÃtiques and prà ctiques of gestió of the talent at the païhis associated.
- Observe the prà ctiques of recruitment, selecció, formació, etc. of the mentors, with special atenció at the students with talent.
- Explore manners to support at the talents with disadvantaged antecedents.
- Formulate recommendations on the identificació and gestió of talents at the prà ctiques with the result to develop a part of the "seal of excel·lència at talent" beside the certificate of mobility Europass.
Resulted of the project
- Reports of the païhis on the polÃtiques of gestió of the talent, his antecedents jurÃdics and polÃtics in general and at relació with the FP. One recopilació comparative of the reports with conclusions (at level of paÃs).
- An exchange of nice prà ctiques on the gestió of the talent at the FP. (level of institució).
- One recomanació for an optional additional part that it complement the certificate of mobility Europass with a "seal of excel·lència at talent".
