
The project aims to address the rights of people with disabilities, including the right to information and education about sexuality, as established by the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, ratified by the European Union. Recognizing that open expression about sexuality can improve overall health and well-being, as well as strengthen people emotionally, the project seeks to provide access to sexuality education and overcome barriers and prejudices in this regard. Target groups include social workers, caregivers, guardians, family members of people with disabilities, non-formal education centers and service providers, associations and NGOs, people with disabilities, and policies. The project association is made up of partners with diverse backgrounds related to the topic and who complement each other.

• Provide education and training to health professionals, social workers, caregivers, adult educators, parents, and people with disabilities themselves to create conditions for access to sex education.
• Overcome barriers and prejudices surrounding sexuality and disabilities by promoting the role of European educators in addressing the intimacy needs of differently-abled individuals.
• Foster collaboration among partners with diverse backgrounds related to the project topic, including associations of people with disabilities, organizations offering psychological assistance, consultancies, and NGOs, to achieve project objectives effectively.
