The need to address ecological sustainability is a common challenge in all European countries, making green project management a relevant priority for various project-based organizations. This shared approach, developed by a wide range of organizations in our partnership, including NGOs, non-profit entities, vocational training providers, private companies, a university and a chamber of commerce, seeks to improve the adaptability and transferability of results . The project is aimed at project managers with different levels of experience, both those with little experience and the most experienced, who work or have an interest in projects financed with European funds. These professionals are integral components of all partner organizations, allowing each entity to directly implement and test project results in their operations. However, the main objective is to develop results that are flexible and easily adaptable to various contexts, so that they are accessible, informative and beneficial for project-based organizations, vocational training providers and companies in various sectors. The desired impact of the project is the creation of sustainable and transferable tools that contribute to making project management in general more ecologically sustainable.
