Descripció of the project
The complex and several realities of the European schools at regarding cultural antecedents of the students, status econòmic and social inequalities open all a leader of survey entirely new to accost the diversity, the inclusió and the orÃgens of the boys (in every sense) during the escolarització. A lot of schools have detected a fault of kens at the processes of cognitive development, social and emotional among his professionals.
The project ARE OF COLOURS centres at the prevenció, identificació and reducció of problems that arise at the classrooms owed at the diferències among pupils. Our hipòthesis és that these diferències can be associated with 4 independent dimensions però that interact among if: 1) trastorns of the neurodesenvolupament, 2) proceses of style and learning, 3) cultural diversity, and 4) social inequality.

Objective of the project
- Provide instrucció teòaffluent and prà ctica on the cultural diversity and the social inequality at the classrooms, aixà how on the trastorns developmental and the distinct processes of learning.
- Select painstakingly the data psicològiques, pedagògiques and neurocientÃfiques for that they are exhaustive and applicable at the schools for educators no formed at the à rea.
- Equip at the teachers with the tools necessà estuaries and estratègies to detect and resolve problems caused by the cultural diversity and the social disparities and the diferències at the development and the procés of learning of the boys.
- Develop new mètodes that can be utilised by the detecció of difficulties of learning and implementació of solutions.
- Conscienciar of the problems and difficulties that can ocórrer at the classroom as a conseqüència of the diversity of the students and the lack of preparació and resources of the teachers to cut across them.
- Promote the plans of acció that they are centred at processes of interacció at the classrooms with an inclusive approach.
- Establish cooperació international and intersectorial at través of the transferència of kens and exchange of nice prà ctiques.
