OpenEurope is the first and only EURODESK multiplier in the province of Tarragona. With us, you will find a practical and effective way to access firsthand information that fosters a sense of European identity and provides a range of opportunities related to European programs.
The European Youth Portal is a platform developed by the European Commission in collaboration with the EURODESK network of national organizations. It is one of the leading providers of information on policies and opportunities for young Europeans and professionals in the youth field. On this platform, you will find resources on volunteering, learning, participation, culture and creativity, health, social inclusion, and global awareness, as well as information about travel and the European Voluntary Service.

The EURODESK network is made up of qualified multipliers and local offices located in cities across Europe, offering young people the information they need, both in person and through the tools of the network. This nonprofit network was founded in 1990 and currently acts as a support organization for the Erasmus+ program.
More than 35 countries are part of EURODESK, which includes over 1,200 offices across Europe. The EURODESK network is growing, and in Spain alone, there are 54 official offices distributed throughout the country. We are the only official information point in the province of Tarragona.
EURODESK BRUSSELS LINK (EBL) is the coordinating body of the EURODESK network. It ensures that the activities of the different national centers align with the general objectives and mission of the organization. EBL helps the European Commission develop and maintain information portals, ensures the quality of the different national EURODESK centers, and provides technical support. Currently, more than 1,000 young professionals share and disseminate information on learning and mobility opportunities for young people in Europe on behalf of EURODESK.
The requirement is that they must be 13 years old at the beginning of the stay. Therefore, if they turn 13 even one day before the start of the exchange, they can sign up.
We are a non-profit organisation based in Reus (Catalonia, Spain) that aims to help young people and adults get involved in youth work to participate in European programmes.
