Project description

Today, we observe constant progress and change in various aspects: technologies, the labor market, and the way we communicate. However, schools are moving at a much slower pace and are not taking full advantage of all the technologies available to make their environments more inclusive. Although many schools are trying to adopt new practices, the exchange of experiences and practices between them, whether at a national or international level, is not common, which makes the process difficult.

Project objectives

The project aims to achieve the following objectives: Strengthen the professional skills of teachers participating in the exchange of educational practices. Promote the concept of inclusive school and provide teachers with knowledge on innovative teaching methods to increase student motivation. Reduce the level of aggressiveness among students and educate them in respect, principles and moral values of the European Union, using new technologies as a central axis. These objectives will be addressed through the implementation of specific educational strategies during the internship exchange. It will seek to strengthen the professional skills of teachers, promote inclusion in the school environment, and use new technologies effectively to transmit fundamental EU values and promote a respectful and motivating educational environment.

Project results
