Project description

The ERASMUS+ partnership “InclEUsion: Promoting social inclusion of immigrants and people with disabilities in Europe by improving the competencies of adult educators” is made up of 6 partners with diverse experience and knowledge from Cyprus, Germany, Greece, Italy and Spain.

Project objectives

Build the capacity of educators (adult educators, social workers, staff and volunteers of civil organizations working with and for groups of disadvantaged adults) to recognize cases of double discrimination through a more holistic and integrated approach to combating discrimination . Strengthen the professional skills of educators on how to recognize and handle cases of double discrimination in an educational context. Promote the social inclusion of immigrants with disabilities and long-term health conditions through non-formal and informal learning. Strengthen the capacity and ability of organizations that offer learning opportunities to immigrants with disabilities by developing a strategic approach that trains adult educators to reflect the anti-discriminatory dimension in adult education.
